1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 5–7 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, etc.)
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order through the link provided.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted logistic providers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others to ensure safe and reliable deliveries.
7. Delivery Issues
If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
