You may request a return or replacement if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
The product is unused and in its original packaging
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Items without original packaging or labels
Personal care items due to hygiene reasons (unless damaged/defective)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will contact you to process the refund via UPI or bank transfer.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement at the earliest, subject to stock availability.
In case of damaged or incorrect products, Vegal will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched.
